These terms govern any video editing services booked through Zen Motions. By submitting a quote request or hiring us, you agree to the terms below.
Services
Zen Motions provides video editing for shorts and long-form content. Scope, turnaround, and pricing for each project are agreed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins.
Turnaround
Stated turnaround times (e.g. shorts in a day, long-form in two) begin once we have all footage, brief, and any required assets from you. Delays in providing materials will delay delivery accordingly.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of the project. Revisions beyond that scope may be billed separately.
Payment
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) are confirmed before work starts. Final files are released upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final delivered edit. Zen Motions retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has started, you're responsible for payment covering work completed up to that point.
Limitation of liability
Zen Motions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered videos. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
